What we collect

The sourcing request form collects the information you choose to send through the sourcing request form: your name, email address, company and the content of your brief. There is no account creation and no newsletter.

How it is used

Form submissions are delivered to our team by Web3Forms, a form processing service, and are used solely to answer your request. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures audience without cookies or cross-site tracking. Google Analytics loads only if you choose “Accept”. Declining leaves every tool and the request form available.

With your permission, we measure page views, tool use and form submissions. Our custom tracking does not send your name, email, brief text or values entered in tools.

Your choice is stored in this browser for 180 days. Our configuration sets Google Analytics cookies to 180 days without automatic renewal. You can change your choice at any time using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Our tag does not enable advertising features or Google Signals.

Your brief may be temporarily kept in this browser’s local storage to transfer it from a tool to the request form. It is sent to our team only when you submit the form.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to contact@maisonloucelle.com.

Your enquiry draft

Your brief text can be stored in this browser’s local storage for 24 hours so that you can return to it after navigating away. Your name, email and company are not saved in this draft. Use the clear button to remove it from this device. It is also cleared after a confirmed submission. This storage supports the form and is not audience measurement.
