Quality is a process,
not a promise
Anyone can promise quality. We prefer to show you the mechanism that produces it: four verifiable steps between your brief and your delivery, each designed to catch problems while they are still cheap to fix.
Step one: the written specification
Most sourcing failures are specification failures. A finish described in a chat message, a dimension confirmed verbally, a packaging standard left implicit: each one is a future dispute. Before any order, we consolidate your requirements into a written specification: dimensions, materials, finishes, socket type, wiring standard, packaging and marking. The factory quotes against that document, and is held to it.
Step two: the sample before production
Wherever the project allows, we coordinate a physical sample for you to approve before the production run. The sample is where the photograph meets reality: the true colour of the finish, the real texture, the weight, the build quality. Adjustments happen at this stage, on one piece, not after delivery on two hundred. Sample cost and lead time are quoted transparently, and where the supplier allows it, deducted from the first order.
Step three: independent inspection
Before the goods leave the factory, an independent inspection company checks the production against the written specification: quantities, dimensions, finishes, electrical safety points, packaging and loading. We work with established third-party agencies, and the inspection report is shared with you as it is. We do not inspect our own work, and we do not ask you to take our word for it.
This step is also our strongest supplier filter: a workshop that refuses independent inspection is eliminated immediately, whatever its price.

Step four: documented milestones
Every project runs on a written timeline with staged payments tied to milestones: specification agreed, sample validated, production, inspection passed, shipment. You always know where your project stands and what happens next.
What we do not do
We do not manufacture, and we do not pretend to. We do not show references we do not have. We do not publish photographs of products we cannot source. And we do not take a project if the brief cannot be met honestly, on quality, delay or certification. If CE or UL requirements apply to your project, they are assessed at the brief stage, family by family, before any commitment.
